Fusion3 F400-S Roller Cap

I have had a chronic issue on my Fusion3 F400-S 3D Printer. My 3D prints come out with loose filaments, lots of small filament debris, and overall very poor quality. I have pretty much given up on this machine until I discovered that the Roller Cap (this is what I call it) was cracked and was providing only intermittent feeding of the filament into the nozzle. I literally discovered this yesterday afternoon. I went to Fusion3's website and found that I had to purchase the entire mechanism with stepper motor for $160. So I reverse-engineered the part and 3D printed this on my uPrint SE Plus. The Fusion3 F400-S has never worked better. The part geometry is weird, so my dimensioning scheme in my Pro|E Wildfire 5.0 model may be a bit confusing. Needless to say the part works great. If I have this problem, then many people have this problem. Good luck fixing your Fusion3 F400-S.
