Fuzzy Skin Reference Tower

Fuzzy Skin Reference Tower

I was tired of fiddling with the Fuzzy Skin settings to get a good grip on a 3d printed tool I am designing so I decided to print a reference. After looking around for one I was unable to find anything that suited my needs so I made my own.

In the files you will find three towers, each one uses a different point distance (0.3-1.2mm). The tower itself is divided into different thicknesses, ranging from 0.9 to 0.1mm. If there is demand for more point distances or thicknesses, ask and I will provide them. I've only ever worked within these parameters so I didn't feel the need to create more.

I recommend printing in whatever type and brand of filament (and maybe color) you plan on using for your final product as the difference in texture is noticeable.

Warning:

These were created with PrusaSlicer 2.5.0-alpha3. This version (and earlier) has some weird behavior where modifiers intersect which will result in fuzzy skin infill and a weird seam around the smooth surface.
