This is a G+1 Building at Barasat Municipality.The Plot area is 2KA 14CH 00Sq.ft,The ground coverage of that building is 907Sq.ft,The plan was drawn by one of my good friend Gourab Saha, My job was to make a simple 3D of this building. I was asked to make it in two color, I have added both the renderings here, I liked the blue one but the client have chosen the yellow one. The building is Now under construction. Thank You
