45mm gauge loco , some machining of plastic parts required for assembly , axle is 1/8 brass rod . Wheels and gear wheel are reamed after printing for tight push fit on to axle . Brass bearings are pushed into place after wheel assembly is located between the frames , Super glue used to stick plastic parts together and a very small amount of locite (screwlock) on the wheels and gear wheel to axles. Bonnet brace glued inside bonnet to stiffen up bonnet , ( holes for motor and mounting are made to suit worm and worm wheel components that are to be used ) . Middle axle is set 0.5mm higher and has more end float than the front and back axle , this is to allow the loco to run on tighter bends and not to rock on middle axle on uneven track . There are two lots of axle box files the middle axle box is 0.05mm less in height to align with holes in subframe. 060 subframe is 10mm longer than the 040 subframe also engine bonnet is 14mm longer too with two engine access doors ( this allows more room to fit radio control and 7.2 volt battery pack ). The customized 45-32mm cab parts already released are compatible with this loco release. The dash board is cut from a bit of 1.5mm plastic card also cab roof can be made from 1.5mm plastic card . The seat is printed to suit the 3D printed sitting driver. Have not been able as yet to up load stl of driver , seat files are for a 23mm high seat There is one more similar loco 040 32mm gauge yet to be publish also another loco is in the early design stage ,
