DO NOT PRINT THESE AND SELL THEM. HASBRO DOES NOT EFF AROUND. This is the G.I. Joe Sky Hawk. I designed it to be as close to the original as possible. Only slight change I made was to add a little room for the dude's to fit better than they did in the original. The only difficult parts to print are the Left and Right chassis. I originally planned to print the two halves on their inner sides, but after doing so with the first half, I thought it looked like crap. For the next half, I turned it upright and printed it that way. This made for much better looking top and side surfaces (the ones you'll see the most) but left the bottom looking like it had been printed with Supports, because it had. So it's up to you. (see Cura screenshots above) A couple pieces require that you rotate them in your slicer. The Cockpit and the Canopy. Use the third rotate button in Cura to auto rotate to the bottom side and drop it to the plate (see included Cura screen shot). Assembly is pretty straight forward. Be sure to put the Cockpit and Guns into place before gluing the two halves together. For the missiles, I included a whole missile, printed upright. Give it a try. They were too skinny to make a vertical print look good (for me at least), so I used the Half Missile. Print 4 of them, glue 2 together. Worked like a charm. Be super careful removing supports. <b>I increased the Z space between the Supports and the Model.</b> This leaves a little more gap, making them pop off easier (see included screen shot). When talking the supports off the Skids, be careful not to break the missile holding doodad. There are 3 sets of the side wings. One set with the Logos, one set with just the rivets and such, and one set with that's just plain. I did this for those who have trouble with the logos, or maybe want to use their own stickers or what ever. The Engines do not need supports as I added a couple thin triangles for the center bar. After printing, manually remove them with your exact knife.
