This is a adapter to mount one 80x80 or two 60x60 Electric fans on top of a G-Penny 2.2kw ER20 square type air cooled spindle. Replacing the original fan housing and fan that's mounted directly to the spindle shaft. You need to remove the original fan wheel from the spindle. This leaves the top bearing exposed. Use the bearing cap to close this! The stl files do not have threads modeled in the holes for the screws that hold the fan. Use a tap to cut them after printing. M4 works fine for me. On my Spindel there are two screws holding down the top cover of the spindle, those are somehow a bit in the way of the adapter. Simply file down the 3D printed adapter at the correct location if this happens for you. The 80x80 Adapter is untested!!! please let me know if its fit or if its causing some issues. I'm using two 60x50 Delta fans that spend the first part of their lives in some servers that got decommissioned. If you are going to buy new fans I would go for one 80x80. I'm getting around 100 CFM from both my 60x60 together. This seems to be working fine. A typical 80x80 from a PC will not provide enough airflow!!!! I showed the installation on my machine in this video: https://youtu.be/wEULbuDgqOo
