This is a drop in idler pulley that fits a GT2 timing belt and holds a 608 bearing with the dimensions 22x7x 8mm bore. It is designed to fit an 8 mm smooth rod. I would recommend tapping a hole in the rod or grinding out a flat to place 2 set screws on the 8mm rod so that it does not shift around. Put in one of those tiny hex cap headless screws with a drop of crazy glue, aka cyanoacrylate, and you are good to go! This also fits an imperial 5/16th rod, but with a looser fit.
