50" Sub-250gram RC Glider. Airframe bare 170 grams. Adding 1/16' balsa strips on trailing edge for covering to stick, Light Weight/Low Heat MonoKote, Lemon Receiver Brick w/ 2 Servos, and pushrods raised weight to 225 grams. Tails are 1/16" balsa. Tail booms are 4mm CF tubes. Wing joiners and spar 6mm CF tube. Where the tips join the main wing panel, ribs are pulled in slightly from shrinking the covering. I'm redesigning the wing so didn't fix the STL file. The work-around is a 1/16" balsa stiffener on both inner sides. If tips are glued on it isn't an issue. Print leading edges down. When using PLA use the lowest heat possible for covering. PLA deforms easily with heat. Sand ribs smooth. Once the design is sorted out it will be printed in ASA.
