G27 brake pedal with load cell

G27 brake pedal with load cell

A simple non intrusive design for implementing a load cell into your G2X pedals.I would like to thank Shaun Hutchinson, for his G27 pedals design. Which allowed me to make a quick mod for the pedals.Logitech G27 Pedals I personally use a 10kg load cell, and as far as I can see that is the highest amount for this type of load cell required in this design. The next step is the round one that spans a lot higher in amount of pressure it can take. But it is unnecessary. Because the weight does not equal resolution! There are two parts to be printed, the load cell holder and the "spring".The holder can be printed in PLA, PETG, ABS, etc, etc.The "Spring" should be printed in TPU, with a shore hardness of 95A.Same as my Handbrake PSR, the TPU part get's it's strength from the design itself, and should only have 2 perimeters/walls. Also the infill should be uniform, not adaptive. And do not go above 6-8% infill!
