Needed a custom wheel rim on my Logitech G923 and used two existing parts for the wheel mount and I've made the paddle shifters so that they stay behind the wheel, yet with the buttons in the front. I printed it with 0.2mm layer height and 60% infill to guarantee some strength, but feel free to increase the infill. It works well with a 9.5cm deep dish wheel that has very similar arms.
