The original files were much larger than needed, owing to an absurdly high resolution axle. Additionally, the axles had holes directly behind them, causing them to break off immediately after printing. There were other structural issues, like how the hau totally separates into a top and bottom half, but these were due to the actual mask design. I reworked everything in Blender, and each of the files are now 98% small or smaller in size, while retaining the same scale. I printed all of them numerous times, from .1mm to .5 mm layer heights, and with similarly scaled line widths. As layers and thicknesses increase, the axle may not be a perfect fit, so keep that in mind. I have made them out of Nylon, PETG, PLA, and ABS successfully. Lastly, since the kaukau has no eyeholes, I made a version with them.
