G305 AAA battery holder

A battery holder design for AAA batteries for the G305 - this design is measured for the PCB standoffs I modelled for the G305 pcb based on my own calliper measurements, other models with slightly different measurements created by other people may not work with this design but it really shouldn't be an issue. You will need x3 2.5mm zip ties and a small amount of tin foil. Strip the wires for the battery exposing about a cm of wire, fold each end around a small square of tinfoil so it's hooked around them then fold the foil over itself and the wire several times until it has a mm or so of width, leave that aside for the moment. Loop two zip ties **loosely** through the holder as pictured around the battery, then bend the ties at both points they wrap around the 2 edges of the holder so that they won't bow and lift up the holder when tightening, make them as square as you can. Screw the holder to the PCB flat side up, these two screws will hold the PCB to the bottom plate so use the existing screws at those locations. Slide the rechargeable AAA through the 2 zip ties (+) end facing backward, tighten the two zip ties until firm, **not** tight yet. Simultaneously place the two wire ends inside their respective caps and position them on either end of the battery. Before adding the last zip tie turn it on to make sure you have the contacts sitting well, carefully apply a little pressure to the battery ends to check for the blue light indicating it's receiving power. When satisfied, tie the third zip tie around the two caps. A reliable method to this is to again make two creases in the zip tie where it will bend around the edges nearest it's head - you don't need to do this with this third zip tie. Using a pair of pliers, pull the tail end until the zip tie is tight, when you're satisfied everything's secure, fasten the first 2 ties. How it should look: https://i.imgur.com/BDTMiYL.png
