Here's a video reference of what this should look like when assembled. https://youtu.be/VNkY6oGcSls It will be really flimsy until you get the PCB screwed in, the PCB itself gives most of the structural stiffness. The bottom prints with no supports. I printed the buttons upside down so the surface meeting the switches would be as clean as possible. Then sanded the buttons slightly. I also removed the mouse wheel encoder and button and the DPI button to save more weight, you don't need to remove them, they'll maybe be like 3g or so extra weight though. The battery was a LR41, plus a tiny bit of foil, to make it have a better connection. The socket also accepts a LR44, which gives much better battery life. The weight you end up with will ultimately vary a little, depending on the specific brand of material, your individual G305 PCB, the size of your skates, specific brand of battery etc. If the sides being entirely holes annoys you, you can attach grip tape or even just electrical tape over it to give it a more solid feel without adding much weight. And finally, it's obviously not going to be super strong, so be careful testing side flex and try not to rage and throw it at your wall. :) Edit: I added a wheel supported version upon request. I haven't tested it myself but it should theoretically work just fine.
