This is a wireless charging cradle for the Samsung Galaxy Buds. It has a wireless charging circuit on the inside with a micro usb breakout soldered onto the board so I could relocate the input to the rear of the housing. Everything is just glued into place on the inside. There are some small misc. screws on the bottom to put it all together.
