My new note 8 was too heavy for the magnetic base to hold while in the truck and slid off the QI charger. I tried several brands of chargers, different cases, and plates. It always slid off on rough roads. So I made a simple holder that fights tights in the QI charger. In fact I had to lightly sand it with the drimmel to get a perfect fit. I printed on the polyprinter 229. Th QI charger I went with is below. I sticks to the dash just fine and seems to charge as fast as any out there.
