This model is for use with the original Frame Case from Samsung, but with the plastic bag, not the creditcard one. Can be printed without support. An USB-C cable can be glued in with hotglue. Put a small piece of paper around the plug. That will protect your phone from being glued. Put your phone into the support with the plug plugged in and put glue from below. You might want to keep the phone half a millimeter up when gluing, to be sure it always connects properly when putting the phone in later. Update v3: Bigger USB Cable hole.
