Galaxy S4 Camera Mount for Qidi Tech/Flashforge Printers

I had an old Galaxy S4 phone sitting around gathering dust and decided it was time to re-purpose it as a camera to monitor my 3D printer. I can check on my printer from anywhere using my smartphone. I installed an app called Alfred (there are other webcam apps available) on my old Galaxy S4 and my smartphone that I carry around with me and it just works! I'm using this on a Qidi Technology 3D printer, it will probably fit the Flashforge Creator Pro, Duplicator 4S or any of the other replicator clones... but I have not tested the fit on anything other than the Qidi. I used a 4-40 tap to thread the screw holes, but you may not need to pre-tap the holes. There are holes to mount the bracket to the case on two sides so you can have the power cord going to the right or to the left. Here is what you need: Case Bottom (Printed) Case Top (Printed) Mounting Bracket (Printed) 4-40 pan head screws, Qty 4 (McMaster 91772A108) 4-40 flat head screws, Qty 2 (McMaster 92210A110) 4-40 tap (Optional?) Galaxy S4 Webcam app (Alfred, AtHome, DroidCam...etc.) 3D printer to put it on I modeled this using Solidworks 2016. I've included the models in the zip file, I did not include the Galaxy S4 model but you can download it from grabcad.com. Enjoy! Print Settings Printer: Qidi Technology Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Notes: I did 50% infill to have some good strength for the screws but it probably works fine at 20%.
