Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter Shell for Analogue Pocket

Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter Shell for Analogue Pocket

This is a replacement shell to be used on the Nintendo Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter. It was designed to be used with the new Analogue Pocket. The original housing is too large to fit comfortably with the Pocket and this reduces the size to fit better. I designed this to snap together without the use of screws. The circuit board fits snugly inside the shell without the need to fix it in place permanently. The shell is designed to still allow the adapter to be used on the Game Boy Advance and the Gamecube. The only thing you lose are the retainer clips that the original housing uses to hold onto the systems. Because of the size and accuracy required for the snap-fit, this is probably limited to Resin printers. Your printer will need to be able to print accurately down to 0.2mm in many areas or it will not fit correctly. I have provided the shells both with and without supports. If you're not comfortable setting up your own supports, the ones I have provided should work well. Because of the thin walls and the even thinner lip that runs around the outer edge, I suggest you remove the supports VERY carefully, otherwise you can damage the edge and it will no longer fit together. If setting up your own supports, be sure to add extra support near the snap clips and the retainers that they snap into because if these areas become misshapen at all the snaps will not work correctly. If you have any questions or any issues getting this to print correctly feel free to reach out to me and I'll help you any way I can.
