Game Level - Hotel 3D model

This is a model of a very simple hotel (or something similar) mainly designed as a game level for point&click adventures (or similar), also good for other non-realistic or cartoon projects. The hotel is now open for your humanoids scaled up to 200 cm tall. With 8 guest rooms, a sauna, a swimming pool and a reception it can be, for example, a hotel. There is also a bar with bottles and glasses, animatable beer pumps and a dartboard with just 1 dart in the middle. Of course, by the swimming pool we made a toilet and a shower room for your convenience. There are 3 types of glasses. 5 types of bottles. The labels on the bottles and the beer pumps are totally fictitious. Objects in the scene do not support additional subdivision (turbosmooth or meshsmooth). Objects in thh scene are organised in layers. All doors are the sliding type. You may be surprised by the number of cameras above the door: 8 of them. The doors have no locks so cameras are for identification. In order to keep the file within reasonable size we put furniture just in one room - a bed, a rug, a cupboard, a TV with CD inside, a table and 2 chairs. We also added an imitation of a PC at the reception. The scene has 11 cameras that you may find helpful when you set up your game. No lights in the scene though. The native model format is 3DS Max 2019. The file size 6 500 mb. We have also included a 3DS Max 2016 scene and FBX file for backwards compatibility. FBX format is 37 500 mb with media embedded. The FBX file was exported from 3DS Max with shell modifier applied. Please put all files into the same folder.
