Game Spinner

My wife asked for a game spinner for her play therapy practice so I made this. Prints as two pieces which are joined by a 608 skateboard bearing. I find that it works better if you remove the bearing grease by prying a shield/dust seal off and spraying the balls with rubbing alcohol before assembling. Also recommended are three 8.5 x 2.5mm silicone feet to help keep the base from sliding while using.

With a well tuned printer everything should press together with light/moderate effort; I use a small vice to keep the pieces aligned.

Assemble by first pressing the bearing to the arrow, then press the bearing/arrow assembly into the base. Add feet to the bottom and you're ready to go!

If you need to remove the bearing from the base then you can thread two 3mm machine screws into the holes in the bottom to slowly press the bearing back out using alternating strokes.

The base diameter is 60mm.
