I recently got some aluminum buttons to complete my BoxyPixel GBA, but the D-Pad turned out way too loose and mushy. I looked around for spacer models I could just print out and throw in, but didn't find any. Decided what the hell, may as well draw one up. The model is meant to be scaled to the right thickness. I measured roughly 0.75mm of slop in my D-Pad, so I printed a 0.6mm spacer and a 0.8mm spacer -the 0.8mm was too thick, the 0.6mm was perfect. My D-Pad went from loose and mushy to tight and definite. I've verified that this fits both original GBA buttons and BoxyPixel aluminum ones, I imagine it fits most others too.
