A complete headband replacement for the Plantronics Gamecom780/788 headset. The original design could break and this can act as a drop in replacement for that headband. SOLDERING REQUIRED to wire the headphones through the headband. Included scad files if you want to modify the sizing and angle of the headband. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Printrbot Plus Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Infill: 50 Notes: Test with the mount_test before you print the whole piece to make sure your printer settings match the original headphone mounts. Use the "testmount.scad" file to adjust the fit as needed. This band can be adjusted to fit any size using the hb_diameter and hb_angle to make the size you need. Reduce the infill yo increase flex as it will not flex much by default. How I Designed This OpenSCAD
