GameCube 40mm fan adapter

This is an adapter plate to allow you to replace the stock custom 50mm fan in the Nintendo Gamecube with a standard 40mm x 10mm thick fan. I chose to use a Noctua 12v fan with it's low noise adapter for quiet operation. I recommend the Noctua 40mmx10mm FLX 12V model: https://amzn.to/2JXbJAe The plate mounts to the stock GameCube fan frame with the original fan screws and then you use standard fan screws (that came with your new fan) to mount your 40mm fan to the plate.
