This is a gamepad case for the JoyC + M5stickC/Pro. This encloses the entire board and holds the brick in place without obstructing any switches, buttons or ports. The holes are set up for six pcs. of M3 threaded inserts and take six pcs. of M3x10 to M3x15 cylinder head screws. I made a small lip around the bottom part so it can be positioned more easily for the four bottom screws. The board itself is mounted on 4 pcs. of 2x10mm pins, for which I had to ream the 2mm holes on the board because the two plastic parts came glued a little crookedly. This pin design allows for easier removal of the board to access the battery, so you only have to unscrew the four bottom screws. You could also get away without the pins, but that would put strain on the top cover, which more or less snugly fits around the rings around the joysticks. Wall strength is 1.2mm on the sides (0.4 nozzle, 3 perimeters), 1mm top and bottom, a little more on the angles for wear resistance. BOM: 6 pcs. M3 threaded inserts 6 M3x10 or M3x15 cylinder head screws optional 4 ps. 2x10mm pins plus one of each of the three printed parts recommended settings 0.4mm Nozzle 0.2mm layers 25-50% infill (more is better) supports for the overhands on the boreholes (set to 60° overhang, at 45° it will print a tiny support for the chamfers; x/y distance 0.3mm works for me to push the supports out from the inside) As for the pictures - I am aware of the print defects on the light blue bottom covers. this defect is repetitive in my prints so far. As far as I can tell, the problem arises due to a very very thin line being printed in the wall where there is a gradient in the wall thickness. The beginning of the lip between top and bottom covers generates something like a 10% line in the middle of the wall with the settings I used in CURA, so it tries to print that before printing the outer perimeter, which then has a priming volume issue. Not sure about the exact setting I need to change, if demand arises I might make the walls thicker to accomodate this. Suggestions are welcome, please use only non-commercially, thank you!
