Games Table Cup and Piece Holders

These are a range of parts I have created for my games table for holding drinks and components. They are all mounted to the table using a small aluminium gutter. I used this one: https://www.bunnings.com.au/metal-mate-23-8-x-12-x-1-5mm-3m-aluminium-gutter-mould_p1079624 I have designed the railclips to be tight to get on and off, but by lifting gently you can easily slide along to where you want them. My table legs happen to stick out slightly further than the rail goes, so it won't slide off the end. The parts holders have been designed with curved floor/wall and corners to minimize the chance of pieces getting stuck. The main cup holder is made up of several parts, specifically: - Cupholder: This is the part with the "arms" that come from the table, and provide a thread to connect the actual holder and slots for the rail clips to slide into. - Cupinsert / partinsert: this screws into the above Cupholder. You could unscrew these from the above to change out what you want depending on the game you are playing (eg: have a deep 2 slot part holder for cards, then a 5 slot shallow holder for small cubes). - Railclip: _Requires Supports_ You need 2 of these to slot into the above Cupholder - this is the part that attaches to the rail. If you needed to go with a different rail, it's only this part that would need to be adjusted. These slide into the matching slots on the Cupholder, they have a small bump to help hold them in place. I found that a firm push is all that's required to get them in place, then they don't want to come out. The parts are designed to be printed oriented as per the STL. This provides maximum strength (assuming the Z layer is the weakest layer), and minimum overhangs. Everything can be printed without supports _except_ the Railclip which must be printed with supports Also included is a wine glass holder - this uses the Railclip as well. It's currently sized for my specific wine glasses - so may need tweaking for your setup. (If someone has an idea for a good design, let me now as I'm not super happy with this one). Finally also included is a "spacer" - this goes into the gutter when mounting so it's an appropriate distance from the underside of the table for the railclips. I found using these made the distance nice and consistent (I did have to unscrew the gutter to get them out again). See my GitHub page here for the source code to make all of these: https://github.com/sillyfrog/TableEdgeCupHolders To ge the aluminium gutter mounted I predrilled some "shallow" holes so the screw heads would be flush. I used a drill press to do this, but I'm sure there are other ways/options that would also work. See the photos for how this looked when drilled and mounted.
