X-Axis part for gantry CNC machines, intended to use with 15mm OpenBeam extruded profiles and Mount for Nema 17 stepper motor. Pulleys used are GT2 16 teeth. Belts are 2x5mm GT2 p=2mm. Mounting holes for the mill are for M3. Additional mounting holes for M4 screws to be used with 624VV 4mm V-grove bearings. Print Settings Printer: Delta 3KU Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 80% How I Designed This Designed in LibreCAD and Sketchup Make I converted these files to .dxf since I made these out of stainless steel sheets 4mm (Pulse CO2 Laser) If anyone wants the .dxf files I can upload them, too.
