I needed to replace the gear in a garage door opener and found this on thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2870422/files made by alexcezil. It works but I had a hard time removing all the support material that was needed to print this model on my FDM printer. I later found this model on thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:695626 This model can be printed without supports but I found that the material that is left between the cogs grinded against the other gear in the garage door opener and sheared off material. That is why I made a similar model that has the same features as tristech's model but with no material in the area between the cogs.
