I made an holder for a garage door remote that fits a 28mm handlebar. I decided to share it because it's for the most common universal 433Mhz garage door remote from Banggood, and I use it since a year now (both the holder and the remote :) ). It has proven itself to be very reliable - the remote doesn't move and doesn't fall even if I don't use any glue or tape to keep it in place - very durable - it resisted countless showers, thunderstorms, hours of sun, even if it's only PLA - and, most of all, very very useful, I don't have to stop in the middle of the road, under the sun or under the rain, having to remove my gloves to rummage in my pockets in the search of my remote. If you want to rain proof the remote, you can put a small piece of transparent scotch tape over the buttons, even if it's already very resistant to water (I washed mine in the washing machine and still works) If you are afraid that the remote could slip and fall, you can use a small piece of double sided scotch tape or a small rubber band, even if my remote is firmly still in place even after some hard offroad sessions.
