Garage Door Sensor Hanger

Garage Door Sensor Hanger

I made this mount, to hang a magnetic sensor to our garage doors and wired up the sensors to the GPIO inputs of a beaglebone. It senses when the door is open and sends me a txt. The magnet was mounted on the part of the door that travels along the belt/track. I tapped and screwed the magnet since the double stick tape lasted all of 5 minutes. I did have to play around with the scaling to get it to fit my installation. The G-code contains notes on the X,Y,Z scaling factors.
