This is a flow restricter to reduce garden hose output to about 0.5 gpm at 35 psi. I like to water trees at a low flow for a couple of hours to get a good soak, but judging the flow is difficult. Instructions Print at high resolution. Chase out the hole with a 1/16" bit. Insert in female hose coupling with gasket. (I have a short piece of hose made with a plastic mender. This seals better than the brass hose ends.) Attach hose.
