Garfield is an obese cat that hates Mondays and loves lasagna. He lives with an insipid dog Odie, and his clumsy owner, Jon Arbuckle. It has become a very lucrative operation over the years, but I most enjoy his earlier stuff because it was all exclusively Jim Davis' work, thus it didn't feel like the comics were done by committee but rather by one experimental dude.
