Original Garmin rubber bands for mounting cadence sensor are crap. Within the first month of usage, I have damage two out of three which came in the box. I have taken [original design by svopstal](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1223537) and added some 'pegs'/'studs' for 2.5mm zip ties. Unfortunately, my crank arms are partially hollow on the inner side so relying only on an adhesive to mount the sensor was not an option. In addition, I have used Tesa Super Strong tape. It came a little too wide to my crank arm maybe I will fix it in the next versions. After one ~20km aggressive ride everything holds fine - so far so good. Keep in mind this is probably worst model you have seen, I have almost no experience in CAD/CAM.
