Handlebar mount for your Garmen edge 500/510, 800/810 using a 1/4 turn to lock it in place. There are three versions, one with a solid arm, one with a spider arm, and for those that have strenght issues with prints one that utilises the original Garmin bar mount that comes with the unit. The Garmin mount sits inside the 3D printed one and is held in place by a bottom cap. Also included is an adapter for thinner handlbars. Remeber you will need to print 2 of these. All you need is an M5 nut and bolt to finish it off and a 3mm diameter metal pin for the clamp pivot. Thumb screw means you can easily adjust the poistion of the mount or remove for mounting to another bike without needing tools. Instructions I print these on their side so the layers run around the bar at right angles to give more strength. . You may need to lightly sand the face that contacts the back or your Garmen as the printed layers may stand out a fraction and cause friction. If this happens sanding will ensure a smooth twist and lock. . If using the mount that utilises the orginal Gamin mount place the mount into the 3D printed part and secure it in place by glueing the ring into the recess as per the pictures .
