Not much to tell about it - if you want to know accurately by GPS how fast and how far you drove just fit your Garmin bicycle computer to your ride. There are two versions of if - depending if you want to fit it to a longitudinal or transverse profile. Here is a ride where I used this element: https://youtu.be/yXhKTydlweY I got them printed for €6 each at meltwerk.com by SLS in PA. The Garmin fits just great.
