Garmin eTrex GPS Bike Bracket

I have an old Garmin eTrex hand held GPS. I must have got it 10 years ago at least. It's very simple and good for keeping track of distance hiked or biked. Unfortunately I lost the handlebar mount some where in the mists of time. This is a replacement. I tried a couple of designs. It was hard to get the overhanging tabs to work so that the GPS device would snap into place. I used a fillet on the underside so that the overhanging pieces could be built out layer by layer. That seemed to work. Instructions The instructions are pretty simple. Print the bracket and the handlebar clamp. Bolt them together. The clamp may not fit your handlebars. It is sized for a 25mm diameter tube. You can edit the source file if you need a different size clamp. The clamp will flex quite far to snap over the handlebars, but if the bars are too big then you can't get a bolt through the holes. If the bar is too small then you can pad it. Bike lights come with strips of rubber for that purpose. The holes are sized for 3mm bolts. You need a 10mm bolt to hold the two pieces together and a 20mm bolt for the clamp. You may need to clear the holes out a little with a drill bit. They were tight on the print that I made.
