I designed a Garmin mount (Edge 520 or 820) for Ø 26 mm handlebars. The distance between the clamps measures 33 mm - so it fits my Cinelli 1A stem. The axle of the hinges is a 12 mm long piece of a Ø 2 mm spoke. The holes for the axle in the mount itself measure Ø 1.9 mm, so use a Ø 2.0 mm drill to make them fit. For the axle hole in the small brackets on top use a Ø 2.1 mm drill so that they move freely on the axle. Now put the parts together and carefully hammer the axles in place. The fit is tight enough so the axles won't come out again. Additionally you need two cylindrical M3 hex screws with a thread length of 14 mm and two M3 self locking nuts. The fit of the nut is also a tight one. You might have to pull them in with the M3 screw and a washer. The interlocking piece of the mount is from the original Ø 31.8 mm Garmin handlebar mount. Just unscrew the 2.5 mm hex bolts and put it in your printed one. Done.
