The Garmin Oregon 6xx and 7xx have a great touch surface, but it also reacts very easily to accidental touch. For example, if you wear the device on your belt and it touches your pants with the screen. Only if you lock the screen this will not happen. But locking the screen permanently is tedious. The Protector prevents now the unintentional touching by a 8mm edge. The protector is built in such a way that it can easily be put on the device. It holds by itself. Input and operation is not affected by the bevelled inner sides.
