Set the pedal on the car require only 3 screws: the first, on the top, fix the "Base" on the car's floor while the seconds fix contemporanely the "Case" on the "Base" and the entire system on the car's floor. The "Case" and the "Base" contain and drive the "Pedal" using two guides realized by the "Case" and "Base" interfacing. The return force on the "Pedal" is guaranteed by two rounded springs mounted directly on the "Pedal". The "Pedal cover" and the "Sill" can be added to the "Pedal" via suitable holes and screws; for a purely economic aim these two components can be replaced by a rough surface for the grip of the foot. The potentiometer can be replaced simply by acting through the appropriate door removing the closing screw, independently from the mechanism of the pedal. The "Base", the "Case", the "Pedal" and the "Cage" are made of plastic material (molding and drilling where needed). The "Pedal cover" and the "Sill" are made of aluminum (machining). The lack of parts and the simple operating principle makes the pedal easy to assemble, fix and replace. The weight is about 0.6 kg thanks to the light materials.
