Gauze 4x4 dispenser

Gauze 4x4 dispenser

I use gauze 4x4 sponges (12 ply gauze compress) for all sorts of 3d printing tasks. In combination with an eyedropper filled with 91% isopropyl alcohol, they strip hairspray off the build plate perfectly! A couple of droppers-full of ABS/Acetone slurry on the build plate, spread around with a 4x4 saturated with acetone, and you'll need a sharpened 1-1/2" putty knife to get the print unstuck. I've actually pulled a divot of borosilicate glass out of my print bed using that method. This dispenser is sized for the 200 count package available on Amazon for less than $10. Dimples in the back for hot glue and/or magnets (I wanted to stick it to the side of my refrigerator.) Beware! This sucker takes almost fourteen hours to print at 0.35 mm layers on my Rostock. This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/dzSeIW8Tg9T
