I recently crafted a custom cartridge for my Gameboy Zero, sourcing it from another talented maker whose name has slipped my mind; I'll make sure to update this when I track him down. To give it a sleeker appearance, I condensed the length and added LED lights with strategically placed openings. A 5V power supply and LiPo charger module from Aliexpress fit seamlessly into the modified side panel, making it easy to connect the LED wires to their respective holes.
