This is a Gearbox with 2 stages. First stage is a worm gear with a relation of 100:1, and the second stage is a spur gear with a relation of 10:1.Gears Material: Brass & Hardened SteelCase Material: Aluminum 6061-T6 Considering an initial speed of 1000 RPM, and a torque of 0.040 Nm:Stage 1 (Worm Gear): Gear Ratio 100:1, Speed 10 RPM, Torque 2 Nm (with a 50% of efficiency)Stage 2 (Spur Gear): Gear Ratio 10:1, Speed 1 RPM, Torque 20 Nm (with a 50% of efficiency)The installation of the gearbox is in the Z axle.I integrate to my design commercial parts from high quality brands like Misumi and Mc Mcmaster-Carr, with the finale of reduce manufacturing cost and reduce the lead time.
