<p>This is the final case design for the GCMax project that I worked on with Dan Kunz (Citrus3000PSI)</p> <p>I decided to take the a new approach on the case for the latest revision of the GCPlug project. Rather than having 4 separate pieces which make up the case I opted for making the case 2 pieces which attach with just two screws.</p> <p>This case is not capable of being produced by a FDM printer, the entire case was designed with laser sintered nylon as the process for printing.</p> <p>To complete the case you will need 2 M2x25mm flat head screws and 2 M2 nuts.</p> <p>To complete the plug you will need a bare PCI connector(these can be found on ebay) as you will need to extract pins from the connector to insert into the plug.</p> <p>Dan has shared his files and build instructions for the</p> <p>PCB on OSHPark find them at this link: <a href="https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/UZZTO1KM">https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/UZZTO1KM</a></p> <p>Please note that this project is not for the feint of heart, pining the connector is an arduous process, building the PCB will require exceptional skills with soldering.</p> <p>Thank you Unseen for making all GCVideo based projects possible with your open source project.</p> Category: Video Games
