This is a power switch actuator linkage for the GDM-8251A bench multimeter. Breakage of this connector is a common failure mode in these types of multimeter due to the plastic getting brittle and fatiguing from stress. I have modeled this based on the original part and beefed it up a small amount to ensure it won't need replacing again.
