Welcome! I own a GE Refrigerator. That fridge has an Mullion(*) that divides the two doors. On the left door, it springs into position when the door closes, and springs to "hide" when the door is open. Should you have a bad luck day, and you open the door, not realizing that this divider didn't swing out of the way properly, and then proceed to whip the door shut, you'll find you're now the owner of a broken GE Fridge door. This is a replacement part for the Upper hinge that attaches the upper part of the mullion to the door, and holds the Mullion retraction spring assembly. The part number that this replaces had the following markings on it: - 200D8156P001 - CAV 2 POM I printed this with Alloy 910 (A Taulman Nylon Formula) to ensure it was a strong part. I printed it at 100% infill. Given it's a small part, that's not a big deal. The biggest challenge is getting a good print out with Alloy 910. Goodness Nylon is difficult to work with. Unfortunately this part is... all shapes.. so you must print with supports. While the orientation of this part as supplied seems counter-intuitive from a "support-waste" perspective, after repeated print failures I found this to be the best bet. Make sure you print in: - Nylon - With Supports - On a Raft, given the very tiny surface contact with the bed. If you're like me and on a Taz 6, you will definitely want to follow these instructions from Taulman on how to get Nylon to stick to the bed. It's incredibly difficult to bond and get a stable print. I would not advise leaving this print unattended given the possibility that this could debond from the bed and get stuck to the print head and screw up your print head. Instructions for printing Nylon on Taz from Taulman, which worked for me (I have a modular bed so I didn't need to buy special glass - I just flipped the bed over so glass side was up) http://taulman3d.com/pei-bed.html Download and use at your own risk, as always. (*) Huge thanks to user E30TECH for telling me the name of the divider! It's a Mullion. TIL! Printed on a Taz 6 with a 1.75mm filament (YES - It's true!) using IT Works 3D Titan Aero Pro head (https://itworks3d.com/)
