Attaching the Block parts together is achieved by the use of off the shelf Bathroom Silicone sealant, readily available and a low cost alternative to high tech adhesives. As the clip compresses the O-Ring groove part to the main block, the curing of the silicone can happen after assembly. . I believe that if the parts are presented correctly at a workstation this assembly could be completed in less than 60 seconds. . Refer to the previously uploaded V1 for details of the seal. The design adheres to overall dimensions specified and this assembly can be dismantled if required by un-hooking the clips.
