Involute gear, bevel gear. 4 array , mirror, 2 twist, 3 shrinkwrap, lattice deform Bevel has some problems. Lattice was planed before the second twist to enforce symmetry of rotation, but right now lattice deform is too bad. Boolean to add faces. This is supposed to go into a six-speed manual, where all primary gears are of the same size. No overdrive. The secondary gears are on a cone (like a chain based shift on a bike). Or you can do a differential.
