Gear Pump

Gear Pump

thingiverse

This is a gear pump, I designed by myself. the holes in the body are 3.3 mm and 8.5 mm for drilling threads M4& M10 by hand. The dimensions are fitted to be print in one step with an Elegoo Mars V1. You should print directly on the printing bed without suspension. The sealing-groove in the lid is 0.9 mm wide and 0.6 mm deep, so an o-ring with 58 mm inner diameter and 1 mm width sould fit perfectly. The gears have about 0.1 mm play in each direction. The holes are designed to fit a 6 mm shaft. The hole for the shaft has a groove, which will fit 3 o-rings with 6 mm inner diameter and 1 mm width, which should seal the shaft quite good. Anyway, I never tested this. This print will use about 57 mL of resin when printed with 100 % infill. If, dued to printing issues (z axis) the height of housing and bearings won`t match perfectly, just sand the higher part down a little.
