Gear set for LG hom-bot VR6270

Due to degradation, the tooths of the first gear-wheel (Motor-side) sheard-off. In the course of designing a spare-gear-wheel I designed some for the others, too. Use grease for the spare-part. Durability-Test report: I only exchanded the Motor-side gear-wheel, because this is the only one that broke. The spare-part has been made of standard PLA material. I used some rest of grease from the gear-box. The robot cleans a round about 80m² flat for three weeks (date of publishing) one time per day now. The first 2-3 days the gear makes unconvinient noise but with time it became quiter. I think that was because of some tolerances between the printed wheel and the others that had to be smoothed out. If you have similar issues with your gear-box or you try this gear-set with another LG-Hom bot type, please provide feedback! Update 03.08.2018: After nearly three Months of daily cleaning, the PLA gear wheel ist still functional. No Problems recognized.
