A big gear to glue to a plate and small gear (which you can choose from 3 options) to put on the motor shaft or reduction gearbox. The center of the big gear is OK, but the radial beams are not precise as they were placed visually. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 4 Rafts: No Supports: No How I Designed This The gears were designed using Inkscape's gear rendering extension. Just change the number of theeth for multiple gears. Additional geometry was drawn in Inkscape. Everything was exported into and SVG and imported in FreeCAD. Boolean operators were used to join the paths. Extrude operation to build each gear solid. Voilà.
