This gear sizing card is extremely useful for anyone that owns a bunch of versaplanetary gear sets (especially the older unmarked ones) and wants to sort them or find the correct size gear to complete a gear set. NOTE: Before printing the entire card, print the test print corresponding to a gear set that you own, and scale it up to adjust for material shrinkage. I found that a scale of 110% worked best for PLA printed on my Prusa i3 MK3s+. However, different materials and printers will behave differently so you may need to run a few different scales of the test print before finding the correct one. Once you have found the size that provides the best fit, scale the card to that value and print. Once printed, make sure that there isn't any stringing on the inside of the gear profiles so that the gears will fit snugly. One thing to note is that the planet gears of the 9:1 and the 10:1 only differ by one tooth, and the 9:1 planet gear will fit into the hole for the 10:1 planet gear. However a 10:1 planet gear does not fit into the 9:1 planet gear hole, so it is best to try both to be certain.
